The Retirement Village Residents Association Inc. (‘RVRA’) protects our website visitors’ rights to their own information and our commitment to you is keeping your trust. INFORMATION THAT MAY BE COLLECTED

Any personal information we collect about you is only what you provide to us via our ‘Contact Us’ or ‘Application for Membership’ forms, or in other online or paper forms that we may utilise from time to time. This may include your name, residential address, email address, membership status, telephone number or other personal information as provided by you, as well as your credit card number (if you choose to pay membership fees by credit card).

HOW WE USE THE INFORMATION

This information will be used only to answer inquiries or provide services as requested by you, in the normal course of operation of our Association in providing support to its members. This may include communicating with you about matters which may be of interest to you, including distribution of a member newsletter.

SECURITY OF INFORMATION

We will not provide your personal information to any third party without your knowledge and consent, unless legally directed to do so, except as necessary to manage and distribute our quarterly newsletter, in which case your name and postal address is stored securely by our trusted provider which itself must comply with relevant privacy laws.

You have the right to ask us to disclose to you the information we hold about you and to request that it be changed at any time. You can also unsubscribe from our newsletter on request.
