The RVRA Forum has been established to enable not only RVRA Members but also ANY OTHER interested parties to draw attention, discuss and debate matters of interest and which impact on the “Retirement” community.

You do not have to be a retirement village resident to join this forum but registration does have to be approved by the Administrator or Moderators and those wishing to join this forum should have a genuine interest or connection to retirement living or the retirement living industry.

Robust debate is encouraged but please read the RULES in the Administrator section. Moderators will have no hesitation in removing posts that are considered inappropriate.

The forum can be viewed by anyone with access to the internet, however to participate and post messages on the forum you will have to REGISTER. To do this click on Register at the top right of the Board Index page. Before registering you should familiarise yourself with the FAQ.

Firstly you will have to agree to the Terms and Conditions and then the detailed RVRA Forum – Registration page will open.

Please note that you will need to enter a valid e-mail address before your account is activated. The administrator will review your account and may even send a personal message to request more details of your interest in retirement living. If approved you will receive an e-mail at the address you specified. The administrator will activate your account ASAP, however, please bear in mind that the RVRA does not employ any paid staff and all functions relating to this website are preformed by volunteers. To prevent automated registrations the Confirmation Of Registration question will need to be answered.

You will have to answer a question at the bottom of the registration page. If you try, and get the first wrong, you will be given an alternative question. If you are visually impaired or cannot otherwise read this question or if you just can’t get the answers right please contact the

Members who have contributed to the forum in the past will have to re-register as this is a completely new forum. You may also like to re-post those subjects you consider worthy of continued discussion.

Although members of the RVRA committee will be reading the forum it is not the place to ask specific questions of the RVRA; this should be done using the form on the CONTACT US page.

If you think your question might be of general interest and you wish to hear the opinions of others in the broader retirement community you should also post it on the Forum for greater exposure.
